Introduction to eXp Realty

If you clicked through to this page you obviously have in interest in researching either other firms or another concept.   That’s great.

If this page doesn’t get your interest take the time to read more about this amazing company.  The Revenue Share is astounding.

It’s A No Brainer

While I have no intention to mislead anyone, there are always the skeptics that want to throw the question out there as if they are going to expose something.

The email I sent out “It’s A No Brainer” prompted a response from a local agent, asking a question in such a way that she obviously felt I was misleading in my approach to share my company, as if I was keeping some hidden secret that wouldn’t get exposed until I trapped an agent to join my company.

It’s almost funny that after I responded to her email I never heard back from her, but did get a call from her broker?  Only shows that eXp Realty is getting the attention of the local brokers, because we are for real and we do offer more.  I almost had to chuckle when the broker asked if we supply leads?   The reason she asked that question is because the traditional brokerage feels that the only way they can attract and keep an agent is to supply them with leads.  Don’t you think it would be so much more important to teach your agent how to get their own leads?  The sad thing is that some agents ask the same question.  Why – because they don’t know how to generate their own leads.

I have talked to numerous agents and what I find is that the leads generated by their company are shared through the “buddy” system.  In other words, if you are buddy buddy with the person who dishes out the leads, you get them.  Many leads are given to top producers so that the brokerage can keep them happy so they don’t wander away.   Look around your own office and see if you don’t see that happening.  You know the deal – I can give you a fish or teach you to fish!  If brokers taught their agents how to fish they wouldn’t be standing there with their hands out!

What about you?  Do you have your hand out or do you have your fishing line in the water?  If you are not actively fishing, then chances are you’re are drowning!  NO one is going to hand you enough business to keep you afloat.

S….., I have no intention to waste your time.

Statics tell us that over 90% of today’s real estate consumers find their home on the internet.  Print advertising has been dead for several years. The monthly fee of $50 covers the cost of your web site and the hosting, however you do need to purchase your domain name.  As an experienced agent I am sure you already have that.

Insurance is covered in the transaction fee of $55 / per transaction.  $25 is a broker review fee and $30 is for E & O.

You will get full application to google apps, strong lead generation tools such as Kunversion or CINC, an 800#, fax number to your email, CRM (customer relationship marketing – you may have something like Top Producer) and more including 20 – 30 hours per week of live training.

There is scheduled training every week and 100’s of recorded sessions available to you.  There is so much information available that even an experienced agent as yourself will be overwhelmed when you start.

Signs are at the expense of the agent.  Chances are you already own signs with your name.  Producing a new sign is just a matter of changing the insert in the frame.  That’s the most inexpensive part of the sign

The program is 80% commission split from the start with a $16,000 cap.  After you cap you will go to 100% with a $295 transaction fee. One of the great advantages is that when you go to closing you will receive your commission check from the attorney.  There will be no returning the file to the office and waiting for you commission.  Of course you must have your paperwork up to date on the paperless pipeline and the attorney muct participate.

The fees are $50/mth.  There is a $99 start up fee which includes you business cards and also your first month $50. fee.  Once a year you are charged $420.  This is referred to as a tuition that covers the cost of the training environment.  You will not have to pay that money up front, it will come out of your first closings.  Again there is a $55 transaction fee on each closing regardless of the size of the deal.  The good news NO FRANCHISE FEE !!

I’ll tell you what got my interest.  I have been in the business for almost 15 years.  I opened and maintained my own company in Fountain Inn, Golden Strip Real Estate, Inc. Although quite successful, I personally do between 30 – 50 sides per year, I realized that the only time I made any money is when I produce a sale.  My concern is that someday I may not be able to produce a sale either because of health or just maybe don’t want to anymore. So when I discovered eXp Realty I found that there is a residual income available.  Play with this chart and you will see what got my interest.  REVENUE SHARE PROGRAM.  I won’t explain it in this email you can read about it on the attached article.

Of course running my own brokerage I was making 100% of my commission and also making splits on any agents that worked from my office.  Now I make 80% just like everyone else, but have the opportunity to make a residual income an every agent I introduce to eXp.  You may say it is similar to Keller Williams, however, the exception is that KW pays residual on “profits” of the market center, eXp pays residual on straight commissions.  You know exactly what you are getting and how it is generated.

So there you have it – full exposure – all out on the table.  If I wasted your time I apologize, but chances are I haven’t.  eXp Realty is designed for the experienced agent that feels confident enough to be an independent agent, as we are suppose to be!  Designed for the agent that is tired of the yak, yak and interoffice competition, and all the charges (franchise, office/desk fees, etc)  that comes with a brick and mortar office. It’s a straight 80 / 20 split.  Chances are that even if you had to buy some signs and pay for some print media, should you desire to do so, you will make that money back in your first commission.  If you didn’t you would surely make it back in residual income.

Why is a South Carolina Agent Advertising Here?

Working the traditional way in the real estate business an agent is locked into only working in their immediate area.  That’s because the traditional way of doing business is only to sell or list properties.

What Got My Interest

The training is great, the web site excellent and the people are extremely helpful and concerned about my success, but what got my interest to research more about the company was the Revenue Share Program.

As you know our industry lacks something very important. There is no exit strategy.  When we no longer wish to sell homes, or no longer can, the income stops.  That has always stayed in the back of my mind ever since I started selling real estate.

With the Revenue Share Program eXp offers that isn’t the case.  The income continues when you decide to retire, get ill or just decide to call it quits.  Take a little time to play with the Revenue Share Calculator. You are going to find, as I did, that this program is unmatched in the industry.  There are other companies that have made attempts to design programs like this but all fall short.  With eXp’s Revenue Share Program the income in limitless.

If you take a look at just working with only a small number of agents and they do the same, you are going to see, as I did, that you can make just as much income from the revenue share program as you can by traditional real estate sales.
