Greenville SC Parade Schedule

Downtown   Greenville   South   Carolina   Parade  December 3, 2011

It is amazing how quickly the Holidays are upon us and how little time we have before Christmas.  Some of the Christmas Parades have already taken place, however the biggest parade in the upstate is only a couple days away.

The City of Greenville sponsors Greenville’s favorite tradition, the Greenville Poinsettia Christmas Parade. For more than 20 years, the parade has signaled the start of the Christmas season in Greenville. Each year the parade attracts thousands of visitors downtown to view the holiday floats and activities.

The Greenville Poinsettia Christmas Parade will once again help usher in the holiday season with an illuminating parade that will line the streets of downtown Greenville.  The parade, a long standing tradition, features over 75 musical marching units elaborately decorated floats and of course, Santa Claus?

This year’s parade will take place on Main Street from
Augusta Street to North Street on December 3rd at 6 p.m.

It’s has always been a great parade and a great day out with the family.
